Compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill

               -This act authorizes the cultivation, processing, and sale of hemp and hemp-derived products containing no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in accordance with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).
